Description
Sacundin Ben Samba is the second album by Brazilian singer-songwriter and guitarist Jorge Ben, released in 1964. It closely mirrors the style of his debut album, Samba Esquema Novo. However, Sacundin Ben Samba distinguishes itself with its incorporation of protest music elements, inspired by João do Vale and Zé Keti. Tracks such as "Não desanima João," "Jeitão de preto velho," and "A princesa e o plebeu" highlight this shift in thematic focus.
