Description
Marathon Man is a tense thriller directed by John Schlesinger, starring Dustin Hoffman and Laurence Olivier. The film follows Thomas “Babe” Levy, a graduate student and long-distance runner, who becomes entangled in a deadly conspiracy. After his brother, a government agent, is mysteriously murdered, Babe finds himself targeted by a Nazi war criminal, Dr. Christian Szell, who is seeking stolen diamonds. As the body count rises, Babe must use his wits, endurance, and courage to survive a brutal psychological and physical cat-and-mouse game.
