Description
In a dystopian near-future Japan, a class of ninth-grade students is transported to a remote island and forced to fight to the death under the Millennium Educational Reform Act — the BR Act. Kinji Fukasaku's audacious, ultra-violent masterwork is one of the most important and influential films in Japanese cinema — simultaneously a savage political satire and a genuinely moving study of adolescent friendship. Arrow Video's 4K presentation is definitive.
