At Victor Victor Victor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns on new, unopened products within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original, undamaged packaging and condition, with proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds; instead, you'll receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Important Details:

Condition of Returns:
Items must be new, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or are missing packaging.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase—such as your order confirmation email or the receipt included with your package—is required for all returns.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.

One-of-a-Kind & Limited Items:
Some limited or one-of-a-kind items may not be replaceable. If that applies to your order, we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Processing Your Return:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used on any future purchase.
