Is, the tenth studio album by American rock band My Morning Jacket, follows their 2021 self-titled release. The band wrote the album across two sessions, producing over 100 demo tracks. It marks their first time working with an outside producer, Brendan O'Brien, and was recorded at Henson Recording Studios. The album was preceded by three singles: "Time Wasted", "Squid Ink", and "Half a Lifetime", a track originally started during sessions for their 2005 album Z. Released by ATO, the album came out on March 21, 2025.
