Two years in the making, "The Night And I Are Still So Young" combines the nocturnal orchestrations of the Flaming Lips and Mercury Rev with influences from 70s Beach Boys, Harry Nilsson, and Randy Newman. The five Blinkers collaborated with over 25 auxiliary players to create a symphonic tapestry that is rich and dense.
