Description
Three films from John Woo's peak heroic bloodshed period, collected together: A Better Tomorrow (1986), A Better Tomorrow II (1987), and A Better Tomorrow III (1989). The first film launched Chow Yun-fat as a superstar and defined an entire mode of Hong Kong filmmaking. Balletic violence, brotherly loyalty, and more white doves than you can count.
