Assault On Precinct 13 (Blu-ray - Region B)

John Carpenter's lean, gripping siege thriller — his second feature film — draws on Rio Bravo and Night of the Living Dead to tell the story of a skeleton staff at an almost-decommissioned Los Angeles police station who must survive a night besieged by a vengeful street gang. Made for virtually nothing, it features one of Carpenter's most iconic self-composed scores and remains a genre classic.
