Django Unchained - Original Soundtrack (Vinyle)

Quentin Tarantino's curation for Django Unchained is as audacious as the film itself — a double LP swinging from Ennio Morricone's spaghetti-western brass to Jim Croce's country soul, Rick Ross, and James Brown, all joined by the pops and crackles of Tarantino's personal vinyl collection deliberately left in the mix. Released on Mercury in 2013 as a gatefold 2LP, this is a sonic scrapbook as much as a traditional soundtrack. Essential for fans of the film and anyone interested in how musical collage can itself become narrative.
