Description
The debut film from photographer-turned-director Larry Clark (Bully, Ken Park), Kids is a powerful, compelling, and deeply shocking story of a group of New York teenagers set across a frenetic twenty-four hours. Skateboarders Telly (Leo Fitzpatrick) and Casper (Justin Pierce) hang out, shoplift, do drugs and seduce girls. Jennie (Chloë Sevigny) follows the pair across the city, desperate to confront them with a terrible truth. Also starring Rosario Dawson and written by Harmony Korine (Gummo), Kids is an unflinching depiction of the beauty and tragedy of youth. This release also includes the Tribeca Film Festival-winning documentary We Were Once Kids about the real individuals who inspired the film.
