Description
Wyatt Earp (Kurt Russell) arrives in Tombstone, Arizona with his brothers hoping to leave his law-enforcement days behind. But the Cowboys outlaw gang, led by Curly Bill Brocius (Powers Boothe), are terrorizing the territory — and when Doc Holliday (Val Kilmer, giving the performance of his career) rides alongside the Earps at the O.K. Corral, a legend is born. George P. Cosmatos's rousing, hugely entertaining Western is one of the most rewatchable films of the 1990s, and Kilmer's creation of the consumptive, sardonic Holliday is an all-time great screen performance.
