Description

A spaceship crew ventures to a distant planet to investigate a colony's disappearance and encounters Dr. Morbius, his daughter Altaira, and an invisible, unstoppable force. Fred M. Wilcox's landmark science-fiction film introduced Robby the Robot and drew on Shakespeare's The Tempest to produce what many consider the genre's first truly adult film.
