Description
A photography student discovers a classmate who appears in old photographs taken decades before her birth — a young woman named Tomie who cannot die, only regenerate, and whose existence drives men to obsession and murder. Ataru Oikawa's adaptation of Junji Ito's legendary manga is the first of the Tomie film series, and a quietly unsettling portrait of malevolence made flesh.
